What Youll Do
- Create digital content
Develop interactive guides onboarding solutions and contextsensitive tooltips that enhance user understanding of software. - Technical implementation
Apply your basic knowledge of HTML CSS UX/UI and/or JavaScript to build digital solutions using cuttingedge digital adoption tools. - Testing and maintenance
Ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions you create by testing refining and maintaining them over time. - Optimization and continuous improvement
Analyze user behavior use cases and feedback to refine existing solutions and implement new requirements. - Project support
Document and maintain the solutions and project progress independently while collaborating with an international team across Germany Portugal and the UK.
Your Profile
- Good English level (B2C1)
- Educational background
A degree in a relevant field such as computer science business or media informatics business administration with a focus on digitalization interaction design or similar. - Technical skills
Basic knowledge of HTML CSS UX/UI design and/or JavaScript. Familiarity with software integrations APIs and automation is a plus. - Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to understand user needs and create tailored solutions. - Teamwork and organizational skills
A structured and independent working style with the ability to manage parallel projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to learn
An openness to learning new technologies and methods to grow within the role.
