Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the OD team and proactively drive OD initiatives across levels in the organization with direction from the L&D Head.
- Actively participate contribute and influence management in strategic development initiatives deliberations and decisions in the areas of accountability and complexity.
- Provide professional and expert judgment in relation to Organization Development responsibilities.
- Remain informed and aware of relevant trends and innovations in the field of Organization Development and consider how OD can support the organization's strategic development amending HR products and services accordingly.
- Introduce and implement various initiatives to improve employee effectiveness.
- Establish a systematic approach to talent development and succession planning practices.
- Develop and implement a robust competency framework for the organization and lead the development process including Development Centers for the talent pool across levels.
- Make ethical decisions and resolve problems within the confines of delegated authority.
- Develop and drive competencybased and holistic feedback mechanisms including 360degree feedback and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Lead OD initiatives in the areas of value cascade transformation competency mapping team building and other projects based on organizational requirements.
- Design and execute training needs analysis tools.
- Identify coaching and training needs within the training and live environment.
- Design and develop learner and facilitator training material and documentation.
- Proactively gather feedback from managers regarding the content of the training material assessing their training scores compared to onfloor performance.
- Create brochures training materials and develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
- Implement the training calendar as per the business delivery plan and manage all training calendars/schedules effectively including planning training resources and training room requirements.
- Conduct periodical interventions with Operations to understand changes in business focus and requirements.
- Identify areas of standardization in training recruitment and onjob training developing training procedures to fill identified gaps and streamline processes.
- Work closely with L&D and partners to drive various initiatives involving coordination with clients operations workforce planning human resources and other stakeholders to effectively implement all training.
- Maintain advisory/consultative relationships with people in subject matter/expert areas to provide input for delivering training and development within the organization.
- Operate with a 1:3 trainer ratio.
- Create and implement employee development and progression plans.
- Work with training vendors to design customized training programs according to the training calendar for individuals teams and functional areas.
- Conduct assessment centers for talent recruitment and selection.
- Conduct workshops with trainers to improve their knowledge and skills.
- Conduct trainer interviews and selections based on departmental requirements.
- Create and maintain a skills matrix for all trainers.
- Implement quarterly employee engagement activities to improve and sustain team Employee Satisfaction (ESAT).
- Manage the performance and development plans of the training team including mentoring coaching and upskilling.
- Conduct monthly performance conversations with all trainers and create their performance development plans.
- Focus on trainer development through training observations and feedback coaching observations conducting knowledge tests oneonone conversations and various skill workshops.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Organization Development role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of competency frameworks talent management and succession planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of training design and implementation methodologies.
- Proficient in using training management tools and platforms.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development or a related field.
- Experience in executing OD initiatives and training programs at various organizational levels.
- Proven experience in driving employee engagement and development initiatives.
