Job Description

Onboarding specialist Fitness SaaS brand

3540k (experience dependent)

UK based/ remote working with occasional travel required

As they continue to expand were looking for an enthusiastic and customerfocused Onboarding Specialist to join this dynamic team.

As an Onboarding Specialist you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for new customers as they start using the platform. You will work closely with clients and our tech team providing them with the tools resources and guidance they need to effectively set up and optimise their use of the software. Your aim will be to enhance the firstclasscustomer experience ensuring longterm success with the platform.

Key responsibilities of this exciting new role:

  • Lead the endtoend onboarding process for new clients creating and executing personalised implementation plans that align with their business goals
  • Configure and customise the platform to meet each clients specific needs including data integration user setup and feature activation
  • Conduct thorough training sessions with client teams to ensure they understand and can maximise the platforms capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Product Engineering) to resolve technical issues and enhance the onboarding experience
  • Monitor client progress through the onboarding journey identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively
  • Create and maintain onboarding documentation including best practices training materials and process workflows


About you:

  • Passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses
  • An excellent problem solver
  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role ideally in onboarding customer success or a similar function within the SaaS or tech industry
  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus but not required (if no direct experience in SaaS then you must be familiar with the onboarding process and an excellent problem solver/ technically savvy)
