Established in 2019 we are dedicated to providing positive life changes tovulnerable children and young people. With three core services including OFSTEDregistered Residential Childrens Homes (therapeutic care for ages 718) Supported Accommodation (for ages 1618) and community outreach we provide comprehensive support tailored to each childs unique needs. Requirements of Support Worker:

Responsibilities of Support Worker:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team you will dedicate your commitment to one Residential Childrens Home to:
- Provide Compassionate Care: Support children with daily routines emotional wellbeing and personal growth in a safe nurturing environment.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Build trust and rapport with children colleagues and external professionals to create a strong supportive network.
- Promote Development and Independence: Empower children to develop life skills such as cooking budgeting and decisionmaking encouraging confidence and selfreliance.
- Collaborate as a Team: Work closely with your team to maintain a therapeutic familylike atmosphere and ensure that every child receives consistent care and support.
