Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crystal Expert to join our team in Moscow Oblast Russia. As a Crystal Expert you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients on all aspects of crystal production from sourcing and selection to cutting and polishing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific crystal needs and provide expert recommendations on the best materials and designs for their projects Source highquality crystals from trusted suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing Oversee the cutting and polishing process to ensure the highest level of quality and precision Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements in crystal production techniques Train and mentor junior team members on best practices for working with crystals Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality control Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our services Requirements: Bachelors degree in Geology Mineralogy or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in crystal production with a strong understanding of sourcing cutting and polishing techniques Extensive knowledge of different types of crystals and their properties Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Fluency in Russian and English is required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A dynamic and inclusive work environment The chance to work with a diverse range of clients and projects If you are a passionate and knowledgeable Crystal Expert looking for a new challenge we would love to hear from you!
