Job Description
Our client is a company in the tourism industry with different business branches such as hospitality service and distribution.
They are leaders in the market and are now looking for a Training and Development Specialist to join their HR team in Barcelona. This role will design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and ensure topquality performance.
Tasks
- Develop and deliver training programs for all business units and departments (e.g. front desk housekeeping food & beverage)
- Facilitate mandatory trainings for new hires and leadership development programs for team growth and career development
- Create engaging training materials and workshops tailored to the employees needs
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and performance
- Ensure all training complies with legal safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a training and development of employees position
- Native level of Spanish and proficiency in English
- Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
- Familiarity with elearning tools and Learning Management Systems
