Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy supporting decisionmaking and fostering collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will have a knack for cleaning and preparing data creating compelling visualizations and presenting insights that drive strategic initiatives.
Tasks
- Collaboration:
Partner with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure datadriven decisionmaking processes. - Data Cleaning and Preparation
Manage and correct data within our ERP system (NetSuite) through imports while addressing missing or inaccurate values. Collaborate with multiple teams to verify and clean data before import. - Data Visualization
Develop clear visual representations of data findings using BI tools like Looker Studio. Create dashboards charts and graphs that simplify complex information. - Reporting
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate data insights to stakeholders including senior management and the board. - Data Exploration and Analysis
Utilize statistical tools to analyze data identifying trends patterns and actionable opportunities.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in data reporting analysis or related fields preferably in B2C or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with navigating corporate dynamics and working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency with database management (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and data visualization tools especially Looker Studio.
- Knowledge of BI tools and techniques for creating reports and dashboards.
Industry Knowledge:
- Background in Sports or Footwear goods is a plus.
Communication:
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to share insights and opinions effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required with additional languages being a plus.
Other Qualities:
- A collaborative expert who can build rapport while advocating for datadriven solutions.
