Job Description
Work Location: Dallas TX
Design implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions including SSO MFA and automated provisioning.
Configure and maintain applications like Oracle Saviynt Microsoft Entra Jira Jira Align Confluence Concur and other businesscritical service providers as part of the IAM ecosystem.
Integrate new applications with SSO using protocols like SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and LDAP.
Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to identify IAM requirements and ensure seamless user experiences.
Customize workflows in IAM tools such as Saviynt and Microsoft Entra to meet organizational provisioning and deprovisioning needs.
Enforce MFA policies and adapt them to evolving security needs across enterprise applications.
Provide Level 2/3 support for IAMrelated issues including SSO login failures MFA problems and provisioning errors.
Monitor and resolve IAM incidents promptly minimizing impact on users and business operations.
Train internal teams on IAM best practices and tools usage.
