Top 35 Technical Skills Needed: Service Management CRM integration 1015yrs with CS Module FI/CO/SD/MM/IM Integrations
Interview Process: 2 rounds
At least one full project life cycle as Service Management consultant
In depth and handson experience in Service Management configuration
Very good understanding of integration between CRM and Service Management especially organizational structure
At least 1015 year of SAP consulting experience in the module CS / Service Management
Very good process knowledge of equipment service processes
Good understanding of Service Management integration with FI CO SD MM IM
