About the job
As the Development Manager you will be responsible for leading the coordination of new and existing projects across Ikano Centres markets.
Your assignment
- Manage the coordination of new and existing Meeting Places and MXD projects.
- Prepare and coordinate investmentrelated frame documents for the business line and Ikano Retail.
- Develop initial concepts coordinate design income cost and operational inputs and document them in business cases.
- Manage project scope resources time schedule and budget to ensure development goals are met.
- Coordinate crossfunctions business lines and stakeholders to secure inputs and signoff for business cases.
- Lead the execution of approved investments for smaller projects and assist in managing larger ones.
- Develop and maintain good relations with stakeholder representatives relevant for projects.
- Facilitate interactions and share feedback with other Ikano Retail functions to improve working methods and procedures.
- Undertake other assignments as required.
Qualifications :
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management or real estate development.
- Experience in mixeduse developments shopping centers or similar projects.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
