Job Description
Position Summary
This position is an essential position to respond to internal customer service requests and to ensure that 5S and cleaning standards are met in common aisles and areas. This position will require flexible hours being oncall occasionally (weekends and holidays) and working outside when performing some of the duties (snow clearing emptying of garbage containers etc.).
Organizational Relationship
This position reports directly to the Supervisor Maintenance.
Accountabilities
- Attend to Building Maintenance internal customer service requests.
- Operation of equipment (floor sweeper fork lift aerial lift).
- Operation of Boilers in the Winter months.
- Maintenance of common aisles and areas.
- Sweeping and cleaning.
- Minor plumbing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Snow clearing / sanding of exits.
- Recycling and garbage services.
- Maintenance of facilities documentation and equipment records.
- Must adhere to all company and Health & Safety policies as indicated in the Associate Handbook and Standards of Business Conduct Handbook.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned at managements discretion.
Characteristics & Attributes
- Must have demonstrated ability to operate and work safely following all safety procedures and protocols.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma.
