- Responsible for the timely and accurate verification of all medication orders and safely prepares medications and other pharmaceuticals for dispensing to patients of BMC its clinics and all eligible employees.
- Researches educates and communicates drug information to physicians house staff nurses other healthcare providers and patients/families. Is knowledgeable of automated medication dispensing process/reports and adheres to all applicable departmental and hospital policies/procedures.

- 3years extensive acute care clinical experience
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college or pharmacy.
- Experience with computer operations unit dose drug dispensing systems IV admixture and parenteral chemotherapy admixture experience preferred.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently without direct supervision within established policy.
- Must be capable of supervising the work of support personnel.
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
