Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Manager Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Las Cruces NM
Job Type: Fulltime
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager Emergency Room (ER) to join our healthcare team in Las Cruces NM. The Clinical Manager will oversee the ERs clinical operations ensuring the highest standard of patient care while managing a team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical management and emergency care along with strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide leadership and direction to the ER team ensuring highquality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Oversee daily operations of the ER department ensuring staff efficiency productivity and patient safety.

Coordinate with other departments and medical staff to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.

Ensure proper staffing training and mentoring of nursing personnel.

Conduct performance reviews provide feedback and facilitate professional development of team members.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of clinical protocols healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Experience:
-
Three (3) to five (5) years in a supervisory role required.

Minimum of five (5) years of current clinical experience in Emergency Room (ER) or management.

Licenses & Certifications:
-
Current New Mexico or Compact RN license required.

BLS Certification required.

Other Requirements:
-
Ability to commute to Las Cruces NM 88011 (Required).
