Description:
- Looking for an experienced market research professional with survey research experience on either on the vendor or corporate side; advertising research experience a plus.
- Opportunity to work with a growing team and help to grow/roll out consumer research capabilities across the company.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and comfortable managing multiple projects at one time.
- Applicant should be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and making actionable recommendations to these stakeholders based on survey findings.
Job responsibilities include:
- Working with various teams across Walmart Connect to design both internal and external (consumer facing) surveys
- Work in conjunction with various teams across the company to develop research plans and survey methodology
- Questionnaire design
- Survey programming
- Day to day project management with both internal and with third party vendors
- Report writing and analysis including actionable next steps and recommendations
- Presentation of survey findings/recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders
Skills needed:
Familiar with online survey tools such as Survey Monkey
- Questionnaire writing experience
- Strong writing/analysis skills
- Strong presentation skills
- PowerPoint
- Excel
