Job Description

Lead a team of AC Area Sales Managers & deliver key business KPI.

Define a strategy for the zone to drive/deliver growth of increase contribution from Accessories & adjacent business.

Implementation of TT GTM Strategy in Region eg identifying & appointing exclusive dealers/distributers for AC 

Build effective lead management practices in the team to maxmise sales conversion

Drive execution effectiveness eg leverage and drive relevant new product launches nonBonded share millionaire dealer etc

Collaborate with KUM & Regional Heads to ensure common goals are supported & driven effectively

Actively work with MKR to provide feedback on new product development process.

Keep track of competition activities & trends

Leverage digital & analytics tool for business effectiveness.

Structured reviews with sharp focus on key business drivers

Team management

develop team competency to drive high performance culture.

Work with the team & provide constructive feedback to the team members on an ongoing basis.

Manpower hiring identifying talent and nurturing


Qualifications :

Engineer MBA


Additional Information :

1.Experience in trade sales  minimum 68 years

2. Understanding of market product or allied products

3.Working knowledge of distribution business

4.Excellent communication skills/ conversant with local language as required

5.Negotiation skills
