Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one certification required: Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Description on Required skills:
- 5 years of experience as an analyst admin and/or architect leading Salesforce implementations and/or multicountry digital transformation projects for Experience Cloud/Partner Portal
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform functionality and Experience Cloud including the ability to determine configuration customization and/or integrations with external systems
- Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management documenting use cases process flows/swim lane diagrams requirements UAT change management etc.
- Experience working on multirelease projects following the Agile methodology
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Channel and Partner Portal sales
- Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust credibility and influence across a variety of multifunctional and multidirectional partners
- Experience collaborating on global projects with a geographically dispersed team
- Excellent organization skills with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical planning to turn strategy into tangible results
- Passion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others
