Job Description

Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven professional with a strong background in Project Management We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join us. In this role you will collaborate closely with business users and the Power Platform support team to drive successful project outcomes ensure optimal use of Power Platform technologies and enhance business processes. You will lead projects and act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple Power Platform projects from initiation through completion ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including business users developers and support staff.
  • Conduct regular project meetings track progress and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies standards and best practices.
Business Analysis:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power Platform technologies.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Power Platform solutions.
Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the Power Platform development team.
  • Oversee the design development and deployment of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and adhere to best practices.
  • Power Platform Environment Management:
  • Manage and enhance the Power Platform environment ensuring it is optimized for performance and security.
  • Monitor and maintain system health implementing updates and improvements as necessary.
  • Establish governance and best practices for the Power Platform environment ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Support and Maintenance:
  • Work closely with the Power Platform support team to ensure ongoing maintenance and support of deployed solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT or software development projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient experience with Power Apps. Experience working in IT environments understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to lead projects and manage technical resources.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
