Job Description
- Coach teams on Agile practices and Scrum principles.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (e.g. Sprint Planning Daily Standups).
- Track progress manage risks and resolve team impediments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlogs.
- Monitor budgets ensure transparency and report status to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure quality standards.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.).
- Expertise in tools like Jira Confluence and MS Project.
- Excellent communication facilitation and problemsolving skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets track metrics and oversee multiple teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP CSM PSM PMIACP).
- Bachelors degree and 7 years in Agile/project management roles.
