Job Description
Youll be a pioneer in shaping the future of LGBTQ healthcare in Europe contributing to making Every Health synonymous with accessible & convenient care in our community. Youll be working directly with our cofounders Dima (CEO) and Alex (CGO). Get ready to dive into various challenges facing a highgrowth digital health startup from day one. You will be operating at the center of expanding geographically and launching further products. We are the first online clinic for queers by queers
Inadequate healthcare disproportionately affects queer individuals. 75 million LGBTQ people in Europe have higher health risks yet still face stigmatization in healthcare. We are going to change this!
Every Health is building the first comprehensive healthcare platform for the LGBTQ community. Starting with digitally accompanied subscription products for queer sexual health we aim to provide the best medical care from the comfort of your home.
Were taking the community by storm with our first product: the morningafter pill against STIs! It helps reduce infection risks by up to 90%
Tasks
Take a frontrow seat to entrepreneurship. You will be working in lockstep with our cofounders collaborating closely sharing insights challenges and successes.
- Copilot product management: Drive the evolution of our web app by contributing to product conceptualization design testing sprint planning and managing the development team to ensure successful execution.
- Launch new products & expand geographically: Lead the development and execution of product launch strategies and geographic expansion plans. Establish and manage essential operations and partnerships while overseeing ongoing product ops.
- Growth hacking: Identify test and optimize innovative growth opportunities and channels to meet our goals and strengthen our presence within the community and beyond.
- Special projects: Take ownership of highimpact strategic initiatives such as negotiations with insurers stakeholder management (including partners and investors) and scaling the team by recruiting top talent.
Requirements
Youll excel in this role if you
- Have a Bachelors/Masters degree from a top university in business finance healthcare management or a related field
- Have previously excelled at internships/fulltime gigs in highgrowth venturebacked startups venture capital or management consulting
- Are a proactive and compassionate character complemented by strong analytical and communication skills
- Are a curious generalist with interests in areas such as project management marketing and business development

- Adaptable flexible entrepreneurial and collaborative problemsolver
- Have low ego high energy
- Are fluent in German and English
