Warehouse Storekeeper plans and performs Tasks that involves In-bound,
out-bound flows, and maintaining a perpetual inventory records, while ensuring
utility of team, devices and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain receipt and records of daily in/out goods using MS office and ERP
systems
Timing and accuracy of response
Good communication skills in Arabic and English
Manage workers and monitor their progress, and be able to prioritize received
orders
Be able to determine which goods need a special treatment and have the logic to
decide how to proceed with inquiries
Make sure that all goods are on hand based on the customer demand
Assure fulfilment and quality of goods
Be aware of Warehouse consumptions needs, such as, office supplies and
equipment repairs and follow up until the request is delivered
. Inventory Management
Track inventory levels: Keep accurate records of stock levels, ensuring that all products are accounted for and in their proper place.
Monitor stock movement: Ensure that stock is rotated and moved appropriately to maintain product quality, especially for perishable goods.
Conduct regular stock counts: Perform regular inventory checks (cycle counts, full inventory checks) to ensure stock levels match system records.
Update stock records: Use inventory management systems to update stock records in real-time as products are received, sold, or moved.
Ensure stock accuracy: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and records, reporting any issues to management.
