Job Description
- Play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.
- Supervise and motivate housekeeping personnel providing daily supervision and ensuring adherence to service and productivity standards.
- Assign duties to staff and examine their work for accuracy neatness and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Communicate with guests and employees verbally and in writing answering questions and providing clear direction.
- Inspect and prepare clean units before turning them to vacant and clean for guest occupancy.
- Assist in the training and development of both existing and new staff members.
- Report engineering issues according to established company procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest and employee concerns ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Qualifications :
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be proficient in speaking reading and writing English. Must have basic to intermediate computer skills such as data entry email management and Microsoft Office (Excel Word and Outlook).
- Prior experience with HotSOS property management system preferred.

- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
