Job Description
Winterberry Gardens located in Southington Ct is seeking the right person to work in our Color Program. The planting crew foreman will be responsible for a small crew working with our residential and commercial clients.
Theideal candidate should be a friendly peopleoriented person and have a customerfocusedmindset at all times. Essential skills include: superior people skills timemanagement multitasking in a busy environment good listening skills computerskills professional phone skills and a consistently positive attitude. Must be able tostand for long periods and should be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
JobDuties
- Leading a landscape crew as a working foreman.
- Supervise and facilitate detailed instructions and organize a crew and jobsite on a daily basis.
- Maintain a working relationship with designers and managers to facilitate outstanding project results; including providing an excellent customer experience.
- Maintaining and running equipment.
- Completing and reconciling daily job reports and time cards.
- Coordinate with manager on daily tasks and assignments.
Moreabout the job
- Knowledge of trees and shrubs perennials and annuals is a plus.
- Availability on weekends when needed.
- Must have valid drivers license.
