Bookkeeper

• Manage daytoday financial transactions including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
  
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes and financial data.
  
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
  
• Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  
• Monitor and manage cash flow ensuring optimal financial stability.
  
• Utilize accounting software (Pastel Partner) and advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and analysis.
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance staff fostering professional growth and development.
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes as needed.
  
• Adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience of 10 years in financial accounting preferably within the security and construction industries.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles practices and regulations (IFRS).
  
• Proficiency in accounting software specifically Pastel Partner and advanced MS Excel skills.
