Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas we guide you through professional registration job placement visa and employment permit processing.
We are hiring a CLINICAL FACILITATOR in a Hospital in Cork Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- To enhance outcomes for patients by assessment of standards of nursing and healthcare assistant practice the planning and implementation of appropriate education and professional development and the ongoing audit and evaluation of standards and patient outcomes.
- To provide a quality educational and supportive service to nursing staff/students
- The coordination and management of up to date educational/clinical programmes for relevant staff.
- Support the clinical audit of practice within the hospital and supported by the Nursing Management.
- The post holder has accountability both professionally and legally for decisions she/he makes which impacts on patient and staff health safety and welfare.
Requirements
- Registered in the General Division of the register kept by Nursing and Midwifery Board Ireland.
- Must hold a BSc Nursing Degree.
- A Masters Degree is highly desirable and would be a distinct advantage.
- At least 5 years post registration experience in the clinical area of an acute General Hospital.
- A good knowledge of the Irish Health Service with particular reference to nurse education.
