Job Description

Summary:
This role is for an experienced Scrum Master who will oversee the entire Scrum process ensuring effective project management team collaboration and adherence to Agile principles. The candidate will manage projects from inception to implementation support change management efforts and drive process improvements while providing leadership and technical guidance to project teams.

Position Info:

  • Title: Scrum Master

  • Duration: 8 Months
  • Location: Client in VA
  • Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire Scrum process including maintaining Scrum artifacts and tools.
  • Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from initial concept through final implementation.
  • Define project scope and objectives develop detailed work plans schedules and status reports.
  • Conduct project meetings track project progress and analyze risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support team efforts in change management and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage integration of vendor tasks and review vendor deliverables for quality.
  • Provide technical and analytical guidance to teams and oversee staff efforts on highvisibility or missioncritical programs.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience with an additional 4 years in the absence of a related degree).
  • 8 12 years of relevant experience in project management or Scrum leadership.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in the software development domain.
  • Scrum certification required.
  • Proficiency in project management practices including time budget and risk management.
  • Strong communication leadership problemsolving and adaptability skills.
  • Experience with change management processes and Agile frameworks.
  • Certifications or special credentials may be required depending on the specific task order
