Position: Area Sales Manager
Salary: Up to 100000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the region.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and implement sales initiatives promotions and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess sales performance and provide field support to the team.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy credit limits for customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth understanding of market dynamics and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
