Our client is a company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Fully responsible for the Company s business activities a leading company in providing artificial intelligence camera technology and hightech devices.
Develop business strategies for each product and solution tailored to specific customer segments. Propose product/solution strategies to achieve business objectives.
Plan and implement business strategies on a weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis coordinate sales activities expand market reach and acquire new customers.
Conduct market and product research evaluation and analysis reports.
Organize customer care maintain and develop customer relationships.
Manage delegate and evaluate the performance of the sales team. Take charge of recruiting training and professional development for employees.
Propose policies and methods to improve processes and enhance business and customer service activities.
Prepare reports as required and provide adhoc reports as requested by the Executive Board.
Bachelor s degree or higher.
At least 10 years of experience in IT solutions software or technology project sales with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management position. Candidates with experience in largescale project execution and bidding are preferred.
Experience in developing AI Camera CCTV and Access Control solutions is an advantage.
Strong network and capability to expand into key markets including government manufacturing and major enterprises.
Strategic thinker with the ability to advise on product and solution development for diverse customer segments.
Skilled in creating business strategies and overseeing effective sales execution.
Strong leadership influence and staff development skills.
Analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Knowledge of project management understanding of regulations and bidding rules.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
