Responsibilities:
- Supporting overall manufacturing/lab IT systems and devices.
- Familiarity with manufacturing lab and data center IT equipment including scanners printers (Zebra etc.) tablets PCs attached to specialized test equipment and PCs used on the manufacturing line.
- Advanced troubleshooting/problemsolving capabilities for AV devices (projectors microphones speakers amplifiers cameras and displays).
- Advanced troubleshooting/problemsolving capabilities to narrow down the root cause of incidents reported by end users for IT devices and mobility support/management.
- Advanced communication skills to work with teams (Network Server) and/or OEMs on highpriority issues.
- Good knowledge and experience in managing power shutdown maintenance activities including shutting down network devices and servers in data centers.
- Managing IT asset lifecycle for the location/region including asset collection coordination with vendors secure storage labeling imaging allocation recovery hygiene validation disposal and system updates.
- Basic troubleshooting/problemsolving capabilities (L1 level) for network devices including rack and stack (routers switches firewalls wireless access points).
- Knowledge/understanding of GMP and GxP.
- Experience working in a clean room and/or manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Providing smart hands and feet support for the technology team on demand.
- Rack and stack support for commissioning/decommissioning infrastructure devices.
- Providing physical access to vendors on demand for site/communication rooms (IDF/MDF/MMR) and data center/server room.
- Printer management/usage monitoring and coordination with vendors to ensure print services continuity.
- Coordination for cable patching with vendors or enabling on demand.
- Ensuring basic network connectivity (LAN) WiFi access video Tandberg printer and voice services are available at the site.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in geospatial analysis with 12 to 14 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in desktop support particularly in a remote work model.
- Proficiency in geospatial software and tools.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in geospatial analysis.
- Compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Ability to train and support team members effectively.
- Ability to create detailed maps and visualizations.
- Experience in developing and maintaining geospatial databases.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides.
- Contribution to the development of new geospatial products and services.

- Safety training and proper PPE and/or lab requirements always apply.
- Understanding of GMP/GxP environment:
- PCs/servers cannot have any maintenance or patching without approved change control windows.
- No systems or devices should be rebooted without proper approvals.
- MLL sites may have isolated networks.
- Understanding of critical support during P1 or P2 events (e.g. proactive support spares crash carts etc.).
- Ensuring best practices are followed and understood:
- 5S (LEAN) or similar methodology in IT rooms/data centers.
- Requirements to enter a clean room including proper entry procedures proper gear etc.
