SHIFT: US hours
SALARY: $1250 $1400
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized ECommerce Operations Manager to streamline and oversee daily operations. This role consolidates multiple operational tasks into one fulltime position ensuring smooth business processes and exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ecommerce a strong grasp of operational workflows and the ability to manage various tasks effectively

- Customer Service Management:
- Handle daily customer inquiries and issues ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through effective communication and problemsolving.
- Inventory Forecasting and Order Management:
- Forecast and manage inventory needs placing timely orders for boxes and soap from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
- Amazon Preparation and Order Fulfilment:
- Oversee Amazon order processing packaging and shipment preparation.
- Ensure accurate and efficient fulfilment of orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Influencer Management:
- Identify engage and manage relationships with influencers to promote brand visibility.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and track performance metrics.
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage and execute a variety of daily operational tasks to support business growth.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 35 years of experience in ecommerce operations with a strong focus on customer service (preferably via Shopify).
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (comfortable with basic functions; advanced skills are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Proactive adaptable and eager to take ownership of diverse tasks.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and order fulfilment.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies.
- Background in supply chain or inventory management.
