You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an HDR Student Teaching Fellow at the Associate Lecturer level youll play an integral role in the undergraduate teaching efforts of Griffith University. This position not only allows you to develop your teaching skills in higher education settings but also provides the support of an academic supervisor to help you grow and gain autonomy throughout your employment.
In this integrated paid work experience opportunity youll be involved in a combination of teaching and professional development. Youll work towards seeking recognition of your experience and skills through the Advance HE Professional Standards Framework ensuring you gain valuable qualifications and build a solid foundation for your academic career. This role is specifically designed for Griffith HDR students who aspire to enhance their teaching capabilities while contributing to the universitys educational mission.
On campus facetoface teaching is required and the work patterns for the parttime position is expected to reflect the teaching requirements of the role.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

These are fixed term (up to two years actual duration will be dependent on your HDR program completion date) part time (10% or 20%) positions primarily based at Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast dependent on discipline location. As Griffith is a multisite University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith Universitys campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Associate Lecturer Level A range $78034 $104938 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $91299 $122777 per annum. Salary will be prorata for part time positions.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will be enrolled in a Griffith HDR program post confirmation and have at least two trimesters of prior teaching experience.
