The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing various HR functions to support the organizations overall mission and goals. This role involves handling employee relations recruitment benefits administration training and development and other HRrelated activities.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Address and resolve employee concerns conflicts and grievances.
Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement.
Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to workplace issues.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placement.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with issue resolution.
Stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations for benefits improvements.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations and goals.
Address performance issues and support employee development plans.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decisionmaking.
Safeguard confidential HR information.
Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
from 2 to 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations recruitment and general HR functions.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
