Job Description
Job Opening: Financial Reporter
Location : Saltlake Sector V Kolkata
What we are looking for: someone who can gather review and provide audit support to statutory
auditors. Additionally we would like someone who can perform detailed review of financial statements
and provide feedback to local accounting partners.
What they will be doing:
Conduct complex analyses with minimal oversight from team members once onboarding and
training has been completed
Provide support to external auditors including documenting walkthrough examples
Evaluate the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information based upon industry
trends authoritative literature and business objectives
Gain proficiency in using Workday HSIDB Salesforce and other systems to gather information
and provide support to statutory auditors
Gain proficiency in using Canvas the EY filesharing platform so that requests can be provided
to statutory auditors directly
Provide data collection support to PwC Hyland s local financial statement preparer
Review and provide feedback on GAAPtoStatutory reconciliations
Perform detailed review of the statutory financial statements including the following:
oCheck statements for clerical accuracy
oEnsure that prior year figures agree to the final signed statements from the previous
year
oEnsure figures are mapped correctly from the trial balance to the financial statements
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate
Experience with Financial Reporting.
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Organizational multitasking and time management skills.
Collaboration skills successfully applied within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic ability to present updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Attention to detail.
Selfdirected with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight.
Ability to work in a flexible fastpaced environment.

Salary : Upto 40k ctc or Hike on your last drawn salary as per market standard.
