Influencers Assistant

We are a highenergy fastgrowing social media agency creating content for millions of followers worldwide. We are looking for an organised proactive and motivated Influencer Assistant to support the daytoday operations of an influencer with over 10 million followers. Their content blends highadrenaline experiences along with humour and storytelling. You will be working with them mostly in person on a daily basis.

This is not your typical 95 office job it s handson fastmoving and packed with variety. You ll be involved in everything from filming assistance to social media brainstorming content coordination and travel logistics. No two days will be the same and for the right person this is an incredible opportunity to break into the influencer/content creation industry with real career growth potential.

What Youll Be Doing

You will be working with them in person at their address in West London on a daily basis assisting with a variety of tasks related to their brand. Additionally occasional international travel may be required to support filming and other brandrelated activities.

1. Content & Social Media Support

• Assist in planning and organising shoots including locations permissions and equipment.
  

• Help with filming behindthescenes content and ensuring smooth shoot logistics.
  

• Research trends audience insights and content ideas to maximise engagement.
  

• Occasionally assist with captions scheduling and community engagement.
  

2. Brand & Partnership Coordination

• Help manage communications with brands agencies and collaborators.
  

• Assist in organising brand deals and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  

3. Travel & Logistics

• Research and coordinate travel accommodation and activities for filming trips.
  

• Maintain an organised travel schedule to ensure smooth operations.
  

• A driving licence would be helpful but is not required.
  

4. Administrative & Organisational Support

• Light calendar and admin work averaging about an hour per day.
  

• Occasionally assist with emails scheduling and tracking expenses.
  

• Keep content schedules and logistics organised.
