We are looking for a Germanspeaking Sales & Marketing Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. This hybrid/onsite position presents an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment contributing to business growth and client success. In this role you will engage with potential clients build lasting relationships and guide them through the digital marketing landscape helping them find the best solutions for their needs.

Position Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Representative you will be responsible for generating new business by acquiring leads implementing marketing strategies and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. You will engage with Germanspeaking clients to understand their needs and present personalized solutions that align with their business goals. Your ability to communicate effectively and close deals will directly influence the companys growth and customer satisfaction.

This role is based in Barcelona offering a hybrid/onsite work arrangement. The company will supply all necessary tools and equipment including a laptop and software to ensure your success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Actively engage with Germanspeaking prospects through outbound calls emails and digital channels to generate leads and create new business opportunities. Qualify leads and arrange meetings to assess client needs.
  • Client Consultations: Work closely with clients to understand their sales and marketing goals. Provide expert guidance on the most suitable digital solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Presenting Solutions: Demonstrate and present the companys digital marketing products to potential clients. Customize presentations to address each clients unique needs and objectives.
  • Closing Deals: Convert prospects into customers by effectively presenting solutions overcoming objections negotiating terms and closing sales. Ensure smooth client onboarding and handoff to the account management team.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research on the Germanspeaking market to identify industry trends customer needs and competitor activities. Leverage this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns aimed at attracting new clients using insights from the Germanspeaking market to influence strategy.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as their main point of contact for sales inquiries. Focus on ensuring high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Track sales activities opportunities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide management with accurate reports and insights on sales performance and trends.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work with the account management product and customer success teams to meet client expectations and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Stay current on trends in digital marketing sales strategies and product offerings. Participate in training programs to improve your skills.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or nearnative proficiency in German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken. Ability to engage with Germanspeaking clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing Sales Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant work experience can substitute for formal education.
  • Sales & Marketing Experience: At least 12 years of experience in a sales or marketing role ideally within a technology or digital marketing company. Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is a plus.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Proven track record in closing sales and meeting targets.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts online advertising and lead generation strategies. Experience using digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Comfortable presenting and negotiating with clients at all levels.
  • ClientFocused: Passionate about customer satisfaction and skilled at building and maintaining longterm client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple sales activities client interactions and marketing campaigns efficiently. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment with crossfunctional teams.
  • ProblemSolving & Adaptability: Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving challenges in a competitive market. Comfort with overcoming objections and offering solutions.
