Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels (email phone live chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately log and follow up on all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel proficiency in Portuguese.
- C2 level proficiency in an additional European language (e.g. English French German Spanish etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends if required.
