Inbound Sales Advisor
Location: Swinton Rotherham
Salary: 32470 OTE 23878 basic Bonus (uncapped bonus potential)
Are you passionate about customer service and sales Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inbound Sales Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where youll engage with customers resolve queries and promote a range of products and services.
What Youll Do: Inbound Sales Advisor
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers assisting with queries such as upgrades and contract renewals.
- Promote and sell additional products and services to meet customer needs.
- Use your initiative to identify sales opportunities by reviewing customer accounts.
- Maintain a professional and friendly manner while ensuring exceptional service.
- Meet conversion targets and other key performance indicators.
About You: Inbound Sales Advisor
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced in customer interactions and sales (preferred).
- Confident communicators with great interpersonal skills.
- Technically minded with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Customerfocused and solutionoriented.
- Motivated to achieve targets and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
