We are now seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
Identify potential customers and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and excellent customer service
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its products
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the industrial machinery industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for business purposes
