Job Description

General Summary
The ECommerce Partnerships Coordinator manages Anytime Fitness Asias ecommerce platform to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement the role involves onboarding vendors managing product listings and ensuring compliance with platform standards. It also supports revenue growth and costsaving initiatives to benefit the company and its franchisees. This position offers an opportunity to drive ecommerce growth while working with various stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience managing ecommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce trends and user experience best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Vendor management and negotiation experience.
  • Experience in health and fitness is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools.


Role & Responsibilities

  1. ECommerce Site Management
    • Manage daily site operations including functionality user experience and troubleshooting.
    • Update product listings and inventory.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.
    • Analyze web traffic and sales data to improve site performance.
  2. Vendor Onboarding & Management
    • Find and onboard reliable vendors.
    • Expand product offerings in key categories.
    • Ensure vendor listings meet quality standards.
    • Negotiate favorable terms and build strong vendor relationships.
    • Submit monthly KPI reports to the Regional Head of Procurement.
  3. Revenue & Cost Optimization
    • Propose revenueboosting initiatives.
    • Review contracts to maximize value.
    • Source sponsorships manage tradeshows and procure gifts during conferences.
  4. Stakeholder Management
    • Work with internal teams franchisees and departments like IT logistics and customer service.
    • Help develop strategies to improve operations and customer experience.
    • Resolve issues and enhance business performance.
