- Complete longrange planning to support corporate goals
- Manage site operations to optimize cost and revenue
- Pursue new customer and business expansion opportunities

- Lead management and support staff to improve site performance
- Review pricing and costs to identify opportunities
- Direct the sites Lean Sigma program

Qualifications
- 5 years experience in contract manufacturing
- Extensive experience in customer relationship development
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear college or university
- Masters degree preferred
Education Requirements Credential Category
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized institution (e.g. Shingo Prize SME ASQ)
Experience Requirements
- Recent handson experience in EMS CM or OEM environments
- Experience managing PCB/PCBA production processes
- Proven experience in team dynamics and human development

7. Do you have experience in all areas of manufacturing operation.
8. Working knowledge of productivity tools including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software.
9. You must have recent handson experience in one of the following environments:
a. EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)
b. CM (Contract Manufacturing)
c. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
