Tasks

Our PR and Marketing strategy is largely based on content marketing and relationship with stakeholders. We are building an industry from scratch and therefore there is a strong need for educational efforts to a broader audience. In summary your tasks will involve:

• Strategize: Develop and refine innovative PR strategies that position Tomorrow Biostasis as the pioneer in a groundbreaking field.
• Execute: Be an execution powerhouse taking ownership of initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Connect: Research and identify the best platforms for our target audiences and lead outreach efforts.
• Analyze: Continuously test and validate PR ideas measuring their effectiveness and iterating as needed.
• Educate: Drive educational efforts to raise awareness and understanding of Biostasis among a broader audience.
• Content Creation: Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant original highquality content for various platforms including social media.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting events to amplify our message and reach.
• DataDriven Marketing: Analyze marketing data generate insights and create reports to inform future strategies.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 12 years of experience in PR communications or related fields.
• Execution Focused: Youre not just a planner youre a doer. You thrive on making things happen.
• Ambitious & Resourceful: Youre driven to go above and beyond to achieve results.
• Persuasive Communicator: You know how to craft messages that resonate and build connections that matter.
• Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to write clear compelling and effective content.
• Excellent English Skills: Excellent English writing and speaking skills are a must. (Other languages like Spanish Italian French German are a big plus!)
• EarlyStage Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with highinnovation earlystage companies is a plus.
• Willingness to Relocate: Willingness to relocate to Berlin Germany or being already located in Berlin. Remote work is not possible for this role.
