Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers) to join our team of around 1700 people worldwide to help us power up the travellers journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are a master in building great digital products and skilled in driving innovation in customer payments keep on reading as you might be the perfect fit for this job.

The job in brief:

Job Title   Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers)

Team you will join the Payments & Fintech Growth team

Location   Chiasso Switzerland

Contract   Permanent fulltime (EUR 36 h/week)

What your impact will be

  • Wallet Strategy & Development:
    • Define and execute the strategy for a customerfacing wallet
    • Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
    • Manage innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts

Qualifications :

Your expertise:

  • 7 years of product development experience in high volume ecommerce
  • Proven track record in customer payments card tokenization card account updater and vouchers/coupon
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
  • Exceptional crossfunctional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast timetomarket quality product increments
  • Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customercentric solutions

Desirable:

  • Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
  • Experience in the travel industry
