Job Description
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing legal advice to all aspects of the business. This will in conjunction with support from external counsel include providing advice across the full life cycle of renewable projects from development construction project finance M&A and regulatory to ensure the successful delivery of our renewable energy projects. This role will report into our Director & General Counsel.
Qualifications :
You will be an associate / senior associate at a reputable law firm working on gridscale renewable energy projects (acquisition development construction projects experience).
However we recognise that not everyone fits this mould. Our business has many aspects such as community licence environmental and social governance and indigenous investment.
