Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of Treasury Operations Specialists providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure highquality performance and complete the tasks within the timeline
- Execute fund and digital asset transfers on time and accurately following company policies and transfer requirements to ensure the safety and efficiency of fund movements
- Collaborate closely with the finance team to track and reconcile fund transactions and balances ensuring accurate fund consolidation
- Work with the operations team to participate in the optimization and efficiency improvement of the fund transfer process
- Collect analyze and report fund transfer data as requested by the operations team providing insights to enhance operational decisions
- Compliance management: Comply with relevant regulations and compliance standards to ensure legal compliance of settlement and clearing operations
- Assist internal and external audit teams in periodic audits and inspections of fund transfers ensuring compliance and transparency
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or related fields with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in fund operations management within financial institutions particularly with fintech and virtual asset fund management
- Detailoriented highly responsible with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality awareness with strict adherence to company policies and procedures especially regarding digital asset management and operations
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
