Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for community engagement and a desire to make a positive impact in the local community. As a Community Engagement Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and connect with the community build relationships with key stakeholders and promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our brand and services
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including local businesses organizations and community leaders
Plan and execute community events workshops and other initiatives to engage with the community
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging and impactful content for social media website and other channels
Conduct research and gather data to identify community needs and develop targeted outreach efforts
Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities
Monitor and track community engagement efforts and provide regular reports to management
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in community engagement to continuously improve our strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement or a similar role
Strong understanding of community engagement principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Experience planning and executing community events and initiatives
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Passion for making a positive impact in the community
