As a Systems Engineer youll be working with a team of 16 motivated and talented builders to create and maintain the network that serves the developers and and users of the next internet.

We are a secret management and private compute network innovating in the realm of distributed encryption authorization and identity is seeking a proven dynamic Systems / DevOps Engineer to help support the future of this groundbreaking product suite with a focus on enhancing our unique verifiable deployment pipeline and network analysis tooling. Key Responsibilities
- Create operational guidelines and support a network of external node operators.
- Write test and deploy DevOps tooling for our suite of software products including:
- CI automation
- A secure verifiable deployment pipeline that assumes untrusted node operators
- Decentralized live network o11y
- Node software orchestration
- Collaborate with the software engineering team to improve and optimize existing Rustbased tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues.
- Maintain system documentation and ensure systems standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering and/or DevOps role.
- Proficiency in Rust or willingness to learn as required
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals networking systems administration and security best practices
- Experience with configuration management tooling linux server administration and shell scripting
- Experience in software engineering with a focus on network and systems engineering.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a passion for diagnosing and addressing root causes of issues.
- Selfdriven asynchronous work style with ability to join sync meetings in North American time zones.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) technology esp. AMD SEVSNP
- Previous experience administering onpremises or colocated physical hardware.
- Experience with a HCI solution for baremetal VM workloads (e.g. Rancher Harvester)
- Experience with the SaltStack and/or Ansible
- Knowledge of Ethereum and smart contracts.
- Experience with Grafana OpenTelemetry
Salary
The base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of $120000 $220000 / year depending on your skills qualifications experience and location.
