Who You Are
- Youre excited rather than intimidated to work on a complex trading backend that will manage billions of dollars in crypto transactions.
- Youre skilled at developing highperformance frontend applications to meet a high bar for UX.
- You have a passion for DeFi and enjoy learning about new protocols.
- You grasp the solution space tradeoff of implementation speed vs longterm quality and can dynamically adjust as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own feature implementations endtoend from the UI components down to the database schema.
- Build systems for transacting and consuming onchain data across multiple blockchains and their protocols (e.g. AMMs onchain orderbooks lending protocols).
- Design build and test highthroughput execution components across the entire stack.
- Manage deployment processes and infrastructure to maintain uptime and deliver a highquality product.
Requirements
- 35 years of professional experience in software engineering at a top tier firm.
- Strong experience with Golang & React.
- Passionate about crypto and familiarity with onchain development.
- U.S. time zones.
- NYCbased and available for partial inoffice work (preferred).

Interview Process
1 Founder / CEO Interview
1st round w/ Founder > Culture fit background walk him through previous projects.
2 Founder / CEO Interview
2nd round w/ Founder > deeper dive into technical skills
3 Technical Interview
3rd round > will be pair programming / work trial.
It will not consist of algos or leetcode type stuff will be more system design questions.
