In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Budbee and Instabox two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the consumer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon. As we continue to expand the complexity of Instabee grows in parallel. With that in mind were now looking for you to help us on the journey ahead.
About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Consumer Experience team and drive innovation across our apps tracking links and consumer communications. Youll work with a crossfunctional team to create seamless and engaging delivery experiences for millions of consumers across Europe.
Your future team
The Consumer Experience team is responsible for creating a seamless delivery experience for our consumers. We want to do everything we can to understand our consumers and adapt to new market trends. By increasing transparency and improving flexibility during the delivery journey we aim to create the worlds best delivery experience .
What youll be doing
Define the vision strategy and roadmap for consumerfacing products and communication channels.
Drive datainformed decisions working with analytics to optimize and innovate across touchpoints.
Ensure smooth consumer communication across apps web and other platforms to create an exceptional consumer delivery journey.
Act as the voice of the consumer ensuring their needs are prioritized in product decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders from customer service to Clevel to align on goals and execution.
What Were Looking For
4 years of experience in product management recently in crossfunctional teams.
Experience in consumercentric product management.
Strong interest in consumer communication technologies and frontend solutions.
A datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on insights independently or with analytics.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
Experience balancing consumer needs with business goals in a fastpaced scaleup environment.
Beneficial For The Role
Previous experience in ecommerce.
Understanding of how the physical and digital come together to create a unified experience.
