Job Description
Lead and supervise Metrology Technicians
Technical understanding in reading blueprints and discussing technical terms and specifications with suppliers for Homologations and Countermeasure
Dimensional studies for component and finished goods for ISIR
Analyzes appropriate specifications in blue print for acceptance criteria
Development and execution of measurement programs for CMM
Document measurement results in the Bosch report format
Perform equipment verification when needed (CMM pins etc.).
Assure all measurement equipment meets the calibration requirements on
time
Measures parts using one or more of the following instruments:
Caliper micrometer measuring microscope
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
English proficient (Intermediate)
Problem solving (desirable)
Automotive Industry experience (desirable)
Production processes experience (desirable)
MS Office proficient
SAP is desired
