To plan and help lead a programme of high quality internationally competitive clinical toxicology research including management of staff and resources with the aim of developing a relevant research portfolio and achieving publication of research outcomes in high impact journals around poisoning and envenoming in LMICs.
This post is fulltime (35 hours per week); however we are open to considering parttime or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a noncontractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular oncampus working.
The salary for this post is £49250 to £60321 per annum.
Your Skills And Attributes For Success
Extensive research experience in clinical research particular clinical toxicology supported by relevant qualifications (PhD or equivalent) and significant postdoctoral experience.
Experience and demonstrated success in delivering research project results.
Experience and achievement in clinical toxicology research reflected in a growing personal research portfolio.
Have led large scale trials with poisoned patients.
Experience in writing and submitting large grants and demonstrated ability to conduct innovative research.
