About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides endtoend CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT) vaccine biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines CART in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. In terms of viral vector service ProBio has a stable and highyield viral vector platform.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operation
- Ensure proper control and maintenance of the storage and warehousing facilities within the company
- Ensure that all incoming goods are received inspected and identified accordingly
- Ensure that storage and handling conditions for bio products are adhered to
- Ensure that accurate picking is performed and handed over to Shipping team timely
- Track and keep temperature record of tempcontrolled zone and freezers be vigilant to any abnormal cases
- Oversee the cleanliness and pest control activities of the storage areas
- Management of SAP system to ensure all stock and inventory status are accurately kept up to date
- Reporting of any discrepancies follow up on the nonconformity handling and CAPA procedures
- Storage and warehousing facilities meet regulatory requirement
- Work with the APAC or global logistics teams to follow the compliance transactions
- Identify risks report to the superior as and when require
- Support all the internal logistics related functions
- Collaboration spirit to fulfil manufacturing needs
- Any other duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Prior experience in Biology / Life Sciences is an added advantage
- 1 2 years of relevant experiences in Warehouse and Logistics management or Biotechnology or Medical Device. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Good problemsolving skills; Resultoriented with passion for excellence
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision
- Experience with cold chain management is an added advantage
